IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE A 3.45% electronic-payment convenience fee, with a minimum fee of $1.50, is added to eligible credit and debit card transactions.

Public-Office Payment Information The Caddo Parish Clerk of Court is a public office collecting governmental recording, court, and other authorized charges. Louisiana law expressly authorizes clerks of court to accept credit and debit cards and assess applicable electronic-payment processing fees under La. R.S. 33:2933 . Act 751 of 2026 concerns debit-card surcharges imposed by retail businesses.
