Conveyance or Mortgage

  • 1–5 pages: $105.00

  • 6–25 pages: $205.00

  • 26–50 pages: $305.00

  • Over 50 pages: $305.00 + $5.00 each additional page

Subdivision Plats & Surveys

  • First page: $125.00

  • Each page after first: $20.00

Mortgage Certificates

  • One name and one property: $20.00

  • Each additional name: $10.00

  • Each exception after 10: $1.00

Other Fees

  • Act or Affidavit to cancel a mortgage: $55.00

  • Clear Lien Certificates: $20.00

  • Indexing: $5.00 per name over 10

  • Copies: $1.00 per page

  • Certification: $10.00 per document

  • Documents larger than 8.5" x 14": additional $20.00 per page

  • Online service: $360.00 per year

Instruments filed in both Conveyance and Mortgage are assessed separately according to the schedule above, with only one LCRAA fee charged.

*Pursuant to R.S. 13:754, the $5.00 LCRAA fee shall be collected in the cost of each recorded document for parishes in the statewide portal.

Pursuant to R.S. 13:754(F)(3), there will be an additional $5.00 fee collected by LCRAA beginning January 1, 2027.
